Within more than a decade at Greenpeace CEE I evolved from an intern to leading crucial projects. My roles included Project Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master and Data Engineer — a mix that reflects adaptability and progressive thinking.

A key accomplishment was orchestrating the migration of fundraising CRMs across seven countries to the open-source CiviCRM platform. To ensure efficient ongoing maintenance I built and led an in-house developer team, hiring and training staff and establishing sustainable processes — demonstrating resilience and outcome-focused leadership.

In 2018 I completed a Full Stack Web Developer bootcamp, sharpening my skills in PHP, JavaScript and SQL.

I'm now focussing more on Project Lead and Coaching to share my experience for the greater good.
